ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48-72 hours to let you know your order is on the way! Please note: The standard delivery time is usually between 2 - 7 days, but may be longer due to situations beyond our control. We ship anywhere within the continental US. We do not ship outside of the continental United States; including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories at this time.
STORE PICKUP
Orders can be picked up daily from 9am-6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please see our store location addresses listed under our locations tab
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
All sales are final on consumerable goods. We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Orders@GourmetLatte.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
